Reporting an Issue

If you believe your order has arrived damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or does not match the approved artwork or agreed specification, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where possible, include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem
• Photographs of the packaging if the item was damaged in transit

We'll investigate promptly and work with you to resolve the matter in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

Response Times

We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day.

Enquiries received outside normal business hours will be answered as soon as possible on the next working day.
