Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through our online store.

Throughout these terms, "we", "our" and "us" refer to the seller, and "you" refers to the customer placing an order.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance.

After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract is formed only when we accept your order and begin processing it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• product information is incorrect due to an error;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• artwork breaches copyright or trademark rights;
• artwork contains unlawful, offensive or inappropriate material;
• materials become unavailable;
• production cannot reasonably proceed.

Where an order is cancelled before production begins, any payment received will be refunded.

3. Prices

All prices shown on our website are in Euro (€).

Unless stated otherwise, prices include applicable VAT.

Delivery charges are calculated separately during checkout.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before an order is placed.

4. Payment

Payment must be received in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders will not enter production until payment has cleared.

5. Artwork Approval

Where proofs are provided, production will commence only after the customer has approved the artwork.

Approval confirms that you have checked:

• spelling;
• grammar;
• layout;
• dimensions;
• positioning;
• colours (where reasonably represented); and
• all other design elements.

Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.

6. Customer Artwork

You are responsible for ensuring that all artwork supplied is:

• accurate;
• correctly sized;
• suitable for printing;
• legally owned or licensed by you.

We are not responsible for errors contained in artwork approved by the customer.

You warrant that your artwork does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from artwork supplied by you.

7. Colour & Print Variations

Every effort is made to reproduce colours accurately.

Due to differences in screens, print processes, materials and lighting conditions, slight colour variations may occur.

Minor colour differences, trimming tolerances, cutting tolerances and finishing variations are normal commercial printing characteristics and are not defects.

8. Production Times

Estimated production and dispatch times are provided for guidance only.

While we make every effort to meet estimated timescales, they are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• courier services;
• supplier shortages;
• equipment failures;
• customer delays in approving artwork;
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Delivery

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods remains with us until payment has been received in full.

Customers should inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.

Any shortages, damage or delivery issues should be reported within seven (7) days.

10. Custom Products

Our products are manufactured specifically to your requirements.

As such, they are generally exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under Irish and EU distance selling legislation where goods are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalised.

11. Faulty Products

Nothing within these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Where products are faulty, damaged, incorrectly manufactured or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

12. Installation

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, installation is the customer's responsibility.

We are not responsible for damage arising from:

• incorrect installation;
• unsuitable application surfaces;
• misuse;
• normal wear and tear;
• accidental damage.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

Subject to your statutory rights, our liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant products.

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses including, but not limited to:

• loss of profits;
• loss of business;
• loss of contracts;
• loss of goodwill; or
• business interruption.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, industrial disputes, supplier failures, transport disruption, pandemics, governmental action or utility outages.

15. Privacy

Personal information supplied during the ordering process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, except where mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
